All children will be issued with a personal target booklet which is year-group and level specific. They carry this with them throughout their school life and teachers use them in lessons as a way to collect evidence towards assessment of progress. In addition to these booklets I thought that you may find it useful to have general parent guides. Please remember that these are only a guideline.
